I had a restyle today- quite nervous beforehand, but Amy put me at ease straight away and I went for it!

Mike has been my hairdresser for more than 20 years and I have recommended his services to numerous friends. There is such a warm and friendly atmosphere in their salon and I thoroughly recommend both Mike and Amy.

Went here for the first time and Amy was so sweet she did a great job with my hair. She was extremely nice to me and my friend. i’m very happy with everything :)

Today was my first experience of having my hair cut, styled, coloured and highlighted in a salon in a very long time. I chose MG hair because of their terrific reviews and friendly manor on the phone.
I was not disappointed, I felt like I was having a coffee morning with friends, Amy did my hair and I was so very happy with it (as was my husband!) she listened to what I wanted and gave good advice.
I have already booked in again!

Amy and Michael are lovely. I usually have Amy do my hair and she always does a great job. Nice and friendly, and she feels more like a friend than a hairdresser. The salon is always clean and comfortable. I have tested out other places but MG is my favourite!

I've been getting my hair cut here for ten years now! They are super friendly and always do a fantastic job with my hair.
The salon is always clean, tidy and never over crowded. Amy is fab and always helps me figure out what works for my hair and how to get the style I'd like to achieve.
I would absoloutley recommend them! :)

MD Hair is an absolutely beautiful and modern salon with such a great and friendly staff! Sarah is amazing and the best in the business, wouldn't let anyone else do my hair. You won't find a better salon in whole Derbyshire! Want to feel and look like a star, get an appointment at MD Hair ???

I’ve been having my hair done at MG hair for nearly 5 years and have never been disappointed! Amy and Michael are always so lovely and professional. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

My hair was a mess and they worked wonders on it for an amazing price. The whole experience was really professional and I will be going back. Its nice to find a hairdressers you can really trust and who really care about the work they do.

The words that I would use to describe them are Friendly and Welcoming. They not only deliver a high quality cut but are supportive and are open to talking to you, helping where else they can. They are ideal for all ages and gender including children.

A hair salon that stands out from the rest, Michael and Amy are always so welcoming and approachable. They provide a very personalised service at a cosy salon in a great location and always go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Can't recommend them enough.

Amy and Michael are both very professional and efficient. I just love my new hairstyle thank you Amy ? you also managed to get my 5 year old daughter to say Yes to haircut as she did not have good first experience with previous hairdresser. Keep up the good work ? see you guys soon!

MG Hair is the loveliest place! Michael and Amy are incredibly skilled and professional, as well as friendly and interesting. Time passes fast when you're lost in a chat with them. I've had my hair cut with Michael only so far, where I've tried a completely new cut for me each time. He seems to understand easily what I want and goes the extra mile with the small details that make it a unique look for me. Please keep up the good work, you're both wonderful and I highly recommend! Amy and Michael are the most professional & friendly people you could hope to find at a hair salon. I have been a customer for over ten years and I didn't feel taken for granted on any of those visits; each time it was personal and attentive service.
I would recommend that you visit & give them the opportunity to impress you!

Amy and Michael are wonderful! I've been visiting MG for over 3years now and they always make me feel valued and make my hair look stunning!... They are skilled at what they do and have been able to accommodate my more radical hair requests, as well as finding a style that suits me and works with everything I do ... If you're looking for a great salon in Loughborough, this is definitely it!

Not what I expect from a hair salon. Firstly Amy washed my hair before sitting down for a consultation which I found very backward. I wasn't at any point offered a drink and I'm very very upset with the end result. The cut is not flattering not what I wanted and I think she lacked confidence in what she was doing. Ive tried to contact the salon to explain I'm not happy and it's just answer phone there is no email contact that I can find either. I will not be going back, I now have to pay another salon to fix the mess this one made!

I went in to MG hair salon on Thursday to get myself a dry cut. The hairdresser was lovely and friendly and did exactly what I was hoping for! I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and I must say she did a great job! My hair is quite thick and I didn't want it too short and she layered it beautifully and gave it back the bounce and structure I was looking for. Thanks!!

I went in to MG hair salon on Thursday to get myself a dry cut, I am not locally from Loughborough and I wasn't sure where to go but thought I'd give this place a go. Honestly this has been the only time I've come out of a salon after a cut feeling SO happy! The hairdresser was lovely and friendly and did exactly what I was hoping for! I am always thrilled with how my hair looks after going to MG - And I'm normally a nightmare to please! (Spent years floating around diffetent salons never happy and even crying after a bad cut!) They are so friendly and talented and the shop is beautifully clean and welcoming. I can't rate them highly enough!

Had my hair done at the salon. Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. All of the staff seemed well trained and the end result was better than I could imagine. Definatley reccomend
